About
"JAW & BODY RELEASE – Kiefer & Körper entspannen!!" is a drop-in group session with no registration required. The class is led by Angela Lamprianidou, a Greek choreographer and performer with German and Spanish roots who also studied dentistry. The workshop takes a holistic look at the jaw joint and works with somatic sensing, dance, breathing and voice to release tension throughout the body and between body and emotions. The sessions happen roughly every two weeks, each with a different focus such as jaw and teeth, jaw and back, or jaw and organs.
