About

A cabaret evening billed as a classic of German cabaret, packed with punchlines, dark humour and intelligent entertainment. It is written by Werner Koczwara and performed with Johannes Hallervorden. The programme takes aim at the sheer flood of German laws and paragraphs – from marrying someone who is unconscious to placing warning triangles during funeral processions – in a language even lawyers can barely follow anymore. Against that, it suggests, there is only one form of self-defence: laughter, in two hours of refreshing comedy.
