A concert evening of Norwegian music where folk music and jazz meet. Behind the project is Karl Seglem, Norway's foremost goat horn player and tenor saxophonist, who with his quartet – Mattias Thedens (fiddles, voice), Hallvard Gaardlös (e-b, voice) and Kåre Opheim (drums) – presents music from a long series of critically acclaimed albums. His soundscapes bring together mountain home, sand dunes, the asphalt jungle and undulating forests in overwhelmingly extroverted, beautifully energetic, poetic Norwegian music. A new solo album entitled „TENORSAXSLÅTTAR“ is released in October 2026.
