Kundalini yoga workshop with Gobinde, then a sound bath.

A Kundalini yoga workshop followed by a sound bath at the Yoga Sky Berlin studio. It is led by Gobinde Vedya, a teacher from the Brazilian Amazon Delta certified in Kundalini yoga and sound healing. The November special uses dynamic movement, breath, meditation and mantras to release tension and build mental clarity, with alchemy crystal singing bowls afterwards guiding you into deep relaxation. No prior experience or flexibility is needed.
