The exhibition "Kunst am Bau für das IIC" shows in the foyer of the Max Delbrück Communications Center (MDC.C) all eight works that took part in a competition held by the Max Delbrück Center. The German artist and professor at the Finnish Aalto University in Helsinki, Julia Lohmann, won with her installation "Innenall" – five glass steles inspired by the colours and shapes of microscopic images. It will in future adorn the main entrance of the Imaging Innovation Center. With the initiative, the centre wants to connect modern research architecture and contemporary art.
