La Cucina Italiana: Die klassische Italienische Küche

A cooking course in which the classics of Italian cuisine are cooked together. With Felix Schlink, a trained cook, a menu between Milan and Rome is on the plan: Risotto alla milanese with gremolata alle acciughe, Saltimbocca alla romana with patate arrosto and verdure di stagione, and classic tiramisù. The course also covers the philosophy of Italian cooking: few ingredients, good products and careful preparation. Participants learn the classic Italian menu sequence and find out why simplicity in Italy is often the key to good food.
