Talks and readings
Lettekiez liest!: meerkat crime with Moritz Matthies.
About
A reading and conversation from the series "Lettekiez liest!" with author Moritz Matthies, the pen name of Berlin authors Hans Rath and Edgar Rai, known for humorous crime novels such as the meerkat series. The event features "Die Schweiz ist nicht genug: Ein Erdmännchen-Krimi", in which the mountains-unsuited meerkats Rufus and Ray, together with Phil the bodyguard, play bodyguards for Kelly in wintry St. Moritz, the goddaughter of Interpol chief Mary Montgomery searching for her vanished father. When Kelly disappears in the Swiss Alps, the meerkat duo must plunge into the mountain adventure, which threatens to go "completely wrong" despite the help of a brown bear and a diligent chamois.
