About
“ODZALA – 360° Hörerlebnis Regenwald” is a pure listening experience presenting the nighttime sound world of the African national park Odzala in breathtaking 360° sound beneath projections of the African night sky. The sound recordings were made by David Kamp; it is a Studiokamp production in cooperation with the Stiftung Planetarium Berlin. Listeners hear shimmering chirping, countless insects, entertaining frog choruses, the booming calls of an elephant herd and birdsong at dawn, recorded deep in the rainforest. The park is one of the most species-rich rainforests in the world, and the sounds surround the audience as if they were there themselves.
