About

„Off Script – Beyond the Soundtracks“ is a concert programme joining film music and classical programme music, drawing an arc from black-and-white film to anime and artificial intelligence. It is performed by the Junge Ensemble Berlin Konzertorchester, one of the city's leading symphonic wind orchestras, with around 100 musicians under artistic director Sven Schilling. The programme features works by Eric Whitacre, Michel Legrand, Paul Dukas, Joe Hisaishi, John Barry, John Williams and Ivan Trevino. The concert retells musical stories that break boundaries and go far beyond the familiar.
