„OWN YOUR FLOW // An experimental squirting workshop // Lu & Feli“ is a workshop for people socialized as women on the basis of their genitalia, exploring anatomy, pleasure and sensual self-expression. It is facilitated by Lu, a midwife and sexological bodyworker, and Felicitas, who brings a background in bodywork, kink and meditation. Squirting serves as the guiding theme, a metaphor to release shame, explore the body hands-on and reclaim once-celebrated practices. The trauma-aware space blends fascia massage, breath and nervous-system work, mirror practice and a closing ritual with sex magic.
