About
This exhibition opening presents the launch of the zine „Pale Blue.“, created by students of the Berlin University of the Arts. As part of a cooperation between the UdK, the Berlin Forests and the KW Institute for Contemporary Art, the students examined practices of ecological transformation. They first worked with the artist Asad Raza on his commission „2075“, which transformed the KW courtyard into a scented garden with plants expected to withstand the effects of climate change, and then accompanied forester Hannah Riedel in her daily work in the Grunewald forest. The zine brings together works from both encounters and is supplemented by interviews with Asad Raza and Hannah Riedel.
