Preisverleihung Berliner Stückepreis für junges Publikum

The „Berliner Stückepreis für junges Publikum“ is an award with which the State of Berlin honours outstanding plays for children and young audiences, presented for the second time at the Theater an der Parkaue. The prize is awarded by the Theater an der Parkaue on behalf of the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion, with the supporting programme funded by the Heinz und Heide Dürr Stiftung. The day centres on authors whose texts deal with the lives of young people today: the five finalists' plays are presented in staged readings, arranged by directing students of the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch. At the award ceremony the winning text is announced, which will receive its premiere at the Parkaue in the 2027/28 season.
