About
"Raum. Stille. Stimme" is an afternoon where young women aged 14 to 18 can get creative, pause and share their own voice. The meeting is hosted by the RuDi Nachbarschaftshaus and takes place on the first floor in the movement room. Participants become more aware of their bodies, come to rest and discover their own rhythm. It creates space for encounter in an open and appreciative atmosphere without any pressure to perform.
