The social counselling offers orientation and support with questions about authorities and finances, such as the social welfare office, job center, health insurance, contracts and debt. It is organized by Wassertor e.V. at the Wassertor neighbourhood centre. Prior registration is required, and only visitors from certain postal codes can be counselled. Visitors from other districts are referred to the counselling centre responsible for their district.
