About

Stefan Jürgens - Bram Stoker's Dracula is a literature performance in which the famous vampire novel is not just read but performed. Stefan Jürgens, a well-known German actor and musician, combines language, music and acting into a melodramatic, fast-paced journey into the dark heart of the Dracula story. The soundtrack of orchestral music by Prokofiev, Rachmaninoff and Debussy as well as his own live piano compositions heightens the dramatic effect. The story of Jonathan Harker, Count Dracula and a struggle full of terror, courage and love thus becomes an intense, emotional experience.
