A silent mourning walk for the victims of the war in Ukraine, held on the 24th of every month. A group of Berliners walks silently from the Ukrainian Embassy via Friedrichstraße and Unter den Linden to the Russian Embassy and on to the Brandenburg Gate, until this war has come to an end. At these stations the dead are commemorated and a silence is kept; participants connect with a black ribbon and dress in black. The victims of the armed violence in Israel and Palestine are also included in the commemoration.
