Critical tours of the Soviet War Memorial in Treptow are public walks around a Soviet war graves and memorial site in Berlin-Treptow. They are given by MEMORIAL Deutschland e.V., a member of the International Association MEMORIAL, at no charge, with the guides working as volunteers and donations welcome. The tours look for the graves of the 7,200 people buried here and take a critical look at the site's propaganda architecture, its Stalin quotations, the war dates inscribed there, and the use of the place for propaganda. The interactive tour runs in all weathers, no registration is needed, most of the grounds are barrier-free, and a QR code scanner on a smartphone is recommended.
