About
"THE ALCHEMY OF PAIN// Hekate" is a full-day workshop exploring how to engage with pain and intensity consciously and safely. It is run by Hekate under the label Soul Impact Berlin and is held in English, aimed at beginners and intermediate participants. Attendees learn to find the edge of their comfort zone, understand the body's pain-mitigation system, and shape intensity through breath, attention, and a range of tools and techniques. The workshop closes with a pain party where the taught techniques can be tried out in a supported, playful setting.
