A public short guided tour through the exhibition „Gerhard Richter. 100 Werke für Berlin“ at the Neue Nationalgalerie. It is part of the „Volkswagen Group Art4All“ series run by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and lasts 15 to 20 minutes, with no registration required. The shared conversation turns on abstraction and mirror images as well as the „Birkenau“ cycle (2014), a key work in Richter's oeuvre. Visitors walk through the exhibition and experience how the colour vistas and layers of meaning overlap; short tours run several times in the afternoon and evening.
