600 Accordions: Dieter Plinke's life work full of stories.

The touring exhibition "600 Akkordeons. Eure Geschichten. Unser Berlin - Teil 6" presents the accordion collection of Berliner Dieter Plinke, a life's work holding memories from many countries, generations and Berlin neighbourhoods. The Landesmusikrat Berlin is making the collection visible and accessible to all Berliners in the "Jahr des Akkordeons" (Year of the Accordion), in cooperation with the Handelsverband Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. across six Berlin shopping centres. The sixth stop is the shopping centre "das Schloss", where the exhibition occupies a shop on the ground floor, Fläche 33 am Rondell near the Grunewaldstraße entrance, with a focus on curiosities and special pieces. It is accompanied by a varied programme of workshops, hands-on formats, guided tours and concerts; admission is free.
