The travelling exhibition „Wanderausstellung 600 Akkordeons. Eure Geschichten. Unser Berlin - Teil 6“ presents the collection of 600 accordions assembled by Berliner Dieter Plinke, tied to memories from many countries, generations and Berlin neighbourhoods. The project is run by the Landesmusikrat Berlin, which wants to make the collection visible and accessible to all Berliners in the „Jahr des Akkordeons“. In cooperation with the Handelsverband Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., six Berlin shopping centres have provided spaces; the sixth stop is „das Schloss“, with a focus on the curious and unusual. The exhibition is accompanied by workshops, hands-on formats, guided tours and concerts, and admission is free.
