Weihnachtliche Pâtisserie – Plätzchen-Klassiker

"Weihnachtliche Pâtisserie – Plätzchen-Klassiker" is a four-hour baking course in which participants make five classic German Christmas cookies: Spritzgebäck, Linzer Plätzchen, Florentiner, Vanillekipferl and Amaretti. Behind it is studio32 in Berlin-Schöneberg, which offers cooking and baking courses led by experienced pastry chefs. After a welcome drink there is a short introduction to doughs and techniques, then participants shape, fill, decorate and bake the cookies together. All ingredients are organic and mostly regional; the course ends with a coffee break, and you take home the cookies along with recipe cards.
