Sauerteig Brotbackkurs

Sauerteig Brotbackkurs is a four-hour hands-on workshop where you make your own sourdough starter and bake two different kinds of bread from scratch. Experienced bakers from studio32 explain how the microorganisms shape flavor and texture, and share tips on crust design and getting good results in a home oven. You also prepare spreads and fresh butter, with drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks included. The course ends with a shared tasting, and you take your own sourdough starter home.
