Build your own glowing sculpture with a 3D pen.

In the workshop „Licht an! Leuchtfiguren mit dem 3D-Stift“, children use a 3D pen to turn a flat template into a real sculpture, drawing their figure in the air and assembling it layer by layer. They build in a small „Throwie“, an LED with a button cell that makes their work glow, so that within 60 minutes a lamp of their own design emerges which they may take home. The workshop is hosted by the Wolfdietrich-Schnurre-Bibliothek of the Stadtbibliothek Pankow. Along the way, the children practise spatial thinking, handling the pen and experience hands-on how a simple circuit works.
