Wurst machen mit dem Sausage Man Team

A cooking class in which participants make their own sausages. Behind the class is the team of "The Sausage Man Never Sleeps"; it is led by Dave Chaplin, an Australian-born Berliner who runs the craft beer bar KASCHK and has been making sausages for six years, both privately and commercially. The class covers how to mince the meat, season it properly and with what, fill natural casing with sausage meat and shape it into sausages, and fry them perfectly. Each participant gets 1 kg of meat, makes sausages to their own taste, samples the other participants' fried creations during the class and takes the rest home.
