Braukurs

Braukurs Berlin is a full-day workshop where participants learn to brew their own beer. Max and Niklas run the course at the external brewery site of Hops & Barley on the grounds of the former Magerviehhof Friedrichsfelde. The day lasts about six hours and covers everything involved in brewing: milling the malt, mashing, and lautering, boiling and cooling the wort, plus adding hops and yeast. Each participant takes home a small brewing booklet as a keepsake, and the brewing day is spent together over beer and pretzels.
