A Woman's Life: French drama starring Léa Drucker.

A Woman's Life is a French-language drama about Gabrielle, a surgeon and hospital department head who juggles her demanding profession with a loving husband and a mother needing her care, until a novelist researching a book in her department shakes her equilibrium. It was directed by Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet and stars Léa Drucker, Mélanie Thierry, Charles Berling, Laurent Capelluto and Marie-Christine Barrault. Drucker, a two-time César winner, delivers a superb performance in this finely textured character study of high-powered, middle-aged femininity.
