God's Offices

God's Offices is a French ensemble film in which Nathalie Baye plays Anne, one of the dedicated and empathetic family planning counsellors who welcome and listen to women, each grappling with the question of how sexual freedom can truly be possible. The film was directed by Claire Simon and premiered in Cannes' Directors Fortnight. Alongside Baye, the cast includes Béatrice Dalle, Emmanuel Mouret and Nicole Garcia. Baye shines not as the central protagonist, but as an actress whose generosity of spirit elevates those around her, enriching every scene she shares.
