About
Nathalie Baye: A Hundred Lives is a film series at Ciné Lumière celebrating the French actress Nathalie Baye (1948-2026), who appeared in almost 100 films. The selection of films, shown with English subtitles, gives a glimpse of the variety of roles she played across a versatile career. Her break came with François Truffaut's Day for Night in 1973, and she went on to work with directors such as Godard, Steven Spielberg and Xavier Dolan, winning four César awards, two of them for best actress.
