An afternoon of Cajun music and dance with a dance lesson, live music and an open electric jam. The music comes from the Là-bas Cajun Band, with high-energy two steps, waltzes, blues and rare double-fiddle numbers. In the final hour the stage opens up, and musicians can sign up to play Cajun songs with the band. The venue's kitchen serves Middle Eastern fusion food afterwards.
