About
An Act of Remembrance is a short commemorative ceremony held at the Main Entrance of Imperial College London on Exhibition Road. It opens with a brief introduction drawing on the College Archives, followed at 11am by a two-minute silence and a short piece of music. A British Legion wreath is laid in honour of those named on the College memorials, and flowers remember those killed in recent conflicts. Prepared by University Chaplain Andrew Willson and Archivist Anne Barrett, it is open to all College members, friends and alumni, with no registration required.
