TOM HOAR: AN ENDLESS SUMMER is an exhibition of paintings shown at the Panter & Hall gallery in London. Tom Hoar selected the works from two years of travel, a paint-safari from the Cornish coast through Spain and Italy down to the shores of North Africa. His mission was to paint scenes in as direct an expression of light, colour and form as the medium allows, with subjects ranging from the mosque-cathedral at Cordoba and the sea walls of Essaouira to the whitewashed facades of Cadaques and the palaces of Venice.
