Capoeira for Kids: music, acrobatics and dance for ages 4–7.

Capoeira for Kids aged 4-7 is a class introducing children to capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian art form blending music, acrobatics and dance. It is taught by Professora Paulinha de Sousa, a capoeira coach with fifteen years' teaching experience in the UK, together with Zoe, an experienced capoeira player and musician. The sessions use percussion rhythms, singing and movements to help children develop balance, coordination, fitness, rhythm, concentration and social skills in a safe, creative setting.
