Children's Yoga for 4-8yrs is a yoga class for children aged four to eight held at Lordship Hub, a community centre and cafe in Tottenham. It is taught by Martha, a specialist children's yoga instructor who qualified in 2020 with Yoga Beez, accredited with Yoga Alliance, after more than 20 years practising Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. Through fun story-led poses, the class focuses on relaxation, breath work and creative mindfulness techniques, helping children learn to self-soothe and manage emotions while building confidence, strength, posture, flexibility, coordination and balance.
