About

A capoeira class for children aged 4 to 7 at the Lordship Hub, a community centre and cafe in Tottenham. The Afro-Brazilian art form blends music, acrobatics and dance, helping children develop balance, coordination, rhythm, concentration and social skills through structured group play. The class is taught by Professora Paulinha de Sousa, a capoeira coach with fifteen years' teaching experience in the UK, and Zoe, an experienced capoeira player and musician who has worked with children on educational and cultural projects.
