Carers Group is a safe, informal space for people supporting someone with dementia or memory loss to connect, share experiences, and recharge. It is run by Time and Talents, who host regular guest speakers and themed sessions on topics such as self-care, bereavement, and nutrition. While the group runs, Ruby Tuesday's, a supportive session for people living with dementia or memory loss, also takes place at the same time at Time & Talents.
