Club Trial (10th November)

Tower Hamlets Canoe Club holds a trial session for experienced paddlers, giving adults a chance to experience the club first-hand before committing to full membership. The session includes a skill assessment, in which you must demonstrate manoeuvres such as maintaining a straight course, executing turns, paddling backwards and performing a wet exit. It is open only to experienced paddlers of at least 2*/Explore level and to adults aged 18 and over. Those who pass may join the club's activities that evening; most sessions also include a BBQ or a visit to a nearby pub.
