Saturday Art Club is a free weekly creative drop-in at the National Maritime Museum for young people aged 13-16 who live, work or study in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It is run by the museum, whose page invites members to learn techniques like printmaking, sculpture and collage, explore the museum's stories and collections, work towards a Bronze or Silver Arts Award, and go on trips to other museums and galleries. Art materials and snacks are provided, travel costs for trips outside the museum can be supported, and participants' work is shown to the public in July at Somerset House. Registration is required through an online form filled out by a parent or guardian, with applications open until 19 December.
