About

Cymbals of Now is a live jazz and electronic performance by a South London trio, part of the EFG London Jazz Festival at The Bloomsbury Club. The trio features Pharoah Russel on drums, Jason Simpson on bass and synth, and Max Grunhard on saxophone and synth. Using metallic resonance amplification, they explore uncharted sonic territory, floating between electronica, jazz and the urban rhythms of the British metropolis. The club's festival programme is expertly curated by Guido Spannocchi, with free entry requiring a reservation and a minimum bar spend.
