About
Drums Around the World: West African is a fun djembe drumming session introducing children and adults to the sounds and rhythms of the djembe, a traditional hand drum from West Africa. It is run by SúperNovae. Participants learn fun rhythms, explore different sounds and build confidence while making music together, with no previous drumming experience needed. There is a welcoming family session and a more focused session for young people and adults who take part independently.
