Elevate: A Somatic Dance Workshop is a two-hour somatic dance practice held at Soul, The Sanctuary &Soul, 114–116 Cheshire Street, London E2 6EJ. It is led by Kavita Golia and Carla Eve and is built around meditation, breath, mantra, release and somatic dance. There is no choreography and no right way to move — just you, the music and the wisdom of your body. Guests leave with a goodie bag worth over £35.
