Exhibit: 'The Sad Ghost Club': Lize Meddings
The Cartoon Museum, Wells Street 63, W1A 3AE London, Mayfair
About
An exhibition of artwork from the graphic novel series ‘The Sad Ghost Club’ at a museum of cartoon art. It was created over ten years ago by illustrator Lize Meddings and centres on a sad ghost learning to understand itself and others while raising positive mental health awareness. The show features original pages from Book 1 and never-before-shared work as the five-volume bestselling series, whose final volume appeared in August 2026, comes to an end. Through comics, zines and other media, it has built a community of over half a million members on Instagram alone.
