Finding Peace in Turmoil With Lama Zangmo

Finding Peace in Turmoil With Lama Zangmo is a day of meditation instruction at Kagyu Samye Dzong London. It is led by Lama Zangmo and is especially suited for complete beginners and those who would like to refresh their knowledge and gain more meditation experience. The course introduces techniques for an ongoing practice of calm abiding meditation, covering posture, relaxation, breathing, walking meditation and sessions throughout the day, with time for questions. Lunch is available in the Tibetan Tearoom, and there is no charge for the course beyond a £5 non-refundable registration fee, with donations welcome.
