About
Girls & Ladies BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for females of all ages and abilities, held in a welcoming, supportive and empowering environment. Participants learn practical self-defence, grappling and ground techniques while improving strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination. It is a Gi class taught in the traditional BJJ uniform, and training also builds confidence, discipline, resilience, patience and focus. Drop-in places cost £10, with registration required in advance through the organisers' form.
