About

Groove Rats is a live blues night at Jam in a Jar, promising infectious rhythms, soulful sounds and seriously groovy blues. The London four-piece blend Chicago blues, vintage R&B and soul, with soulful vocals, wailing harmonica, fiery Texas-meets-Motown guitar and a Stax-inspired rhythm section, playing reimagined blues classics alongside their own originals. Recently reviewed by Blues in Britain magazine after a show at Soho's Ain't Nothin' But, the band was praised for its gifted soloists, solid rhythm section and audience engagement.
