Hackney Folk Club presents an evening of music with Anna McLuckie at Chats Palace. Anna McLuckie is a Scottish singer, songwriter and Clàrsach player raised on classical and traditional music. Her songs sit in a world of contemporary folklore, layered with interweaving harmonies, story led lyricism and free form structures, drawing also on popular and experimental sounds. Based in London, she has performed around the world, appeared at festivals across the UK and supported the likes of Jake Xerxes, Fussell, Rozi Plain and Richard Hawley.
