About

Folk and Roots Presents: Some Foreign Shore (Matinée Show) is an afternoon concert at Green Note in London. It is a collaboration between fingerstyle guitarist Dariush Kanani, called one of the finest of his generation, and singer Daria Kulesh, described as the voice of fairytales and one of the finest voices on the present folk scene. The two artists, with intriguing foreign roots and a deep love of British folk, perform music by Anne Briggs, Sandy Denny, Bert Jansch and other folk greats. The venue is mixed seated and standing, with limited tables available first come first served.
