About

Hay Fever is a comedy play performed at Wyndham's Theatre in the West End of London. It was written by Noël Coward and is directed by Emily Burns, with Christine Baranski making her West End debut as Judith Bliss beside Richard E. Grant as David Bliss. The story follows the Bliss family, whose self-absorbed members each secretly invite a weekend guest to their country home, and the house descends into chaos as the visitors arrive. First staged in 1925, it remains one of Coward's most entertaining comedies and runs for a strictly limited season.
