Jazz At The George - Sam Kelly’s Station House is a live blues and groove show at The George IV pub in Chiswick, London. It stars Sam Kelly, an internationally renowned award-winning drummer and original member of the cult band Cymande, who has played with his Station House Band for more than forty years. The current four-piece, relaunched in 2019, blends instinctive funk and soul rhythms with the blues, drawing on New Orleans Second Line, jazz soul and British funk. The show centres on tracks from their latest album, “No Barricades”, plus songs by the likes of Johnny Guitar Watson, Keb Mo, The Average White Band and Labi Siffre.
