About
A hands-on evening course in botanical gelli printmaking, part of Friday Lates at the National Gallery. The session begins in the Gallery with drawings inspired by Dutch flower paintings, then moves to the Clore Art Studio, where gelli plates, stencils and natural materials such as leaves and stems are used to build layered, vibrant prints. It is led by Alex Bowie, a Scottish visual artist and Artist Educator at the National Gallery with a background in socially engaged art and arts education. It is suitable for adults aged 18 and over.
